Do I pay for each employee?
The packages are priced per garage, with Unlimited Employees included. Your team size helps us plan training and setup.
Are video inspections and vehicle sales an add-on?
Both are included in Core, Core Plus and Core Pro. Video inspections include direct customer replies in the app. Vehicle sales includes sales management and sales invoicing.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
Workshop branding, business and invoice settings, labour rates, users and permissions, bookings and reminders, initial training and go-live guidance. Complex migration and external supplier connections are scoped separately.
How are add-ons charged?
The monthly estimate adds selected priced modules to Core. AI Invoice Reader, BQM Assistant and Fleet Management are already included in the Core Plus and Core Pro packages, so they are not charged twice. Parts Lookup and Technical Data receive a separate quote.
Does requesting setup start a subscription?
No. Contact the team to discuss the plan and add-ons you selected. We confirm the package, feature availability and commercial terms with you before creating your workshop account or starting billing.

Workshop Pulse is designed around familiar website controls and the way a real garage works. Clear screens guide you through everyday bookings, vehicles, jobs and invoices. The aim is to help your team get working confidently, with straightforward guidance rather than lengthy training.
✓ Seven hours included
Every plan includes a total allowance of seven hours of remote startup, integration assistance and onboarding training, shared across your workshop. Use the help you need to get comfortable with the system. This allowance is included in your onboarding package, not an additional training-day charge.
✓ Remote human help
Human support and training are delivered remotely, including remote access where agreed, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT (UTC+0). On-site visits are not included.
✓ Support to suit your plan
Core: additional assisted support or training beyond the seven-hour allowance is chargeable, with the price agreed before work begins.
Plus and Pro: ongoing support is included, with AI assistance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and human intervention during the office hours above. The seven-hour allowance applies to initial onboarding and training.
Complex migration, bespoke integration work and third-party charges remain subject to an agreed scope and separate quotation where applicable. See our managed migration guide.
